The film is about some environmentalists who are out working on a river and discover some dumped radioactive waste. They try to warn the local authorities, but that gets them nowhere as the police force (or rather the one cop in the area) is corrupt. Unfortunately for all concerned, one of the other locals, of the saurian variety, was overexposed to the waste and grew rather large and extremely hungry.
